Hi, how are you this month? Suddenly, it’s March already and we will reach the end of the 2010 first trimester. How is your New Year resolutions? Have you accomplished one of them? Well, I haven’t. And since I don’t have much resources to post on this blog either, I will be consistent to post things related to healthy lifestyle, such as this one: 10 Foods to Add to Your Diet Right Now and Why. I think this is a really good article. I have tried to eat all of them (except no. 2) and have felt their benefits, just like the writer said.
